What if I want to return / refund a product?
Returns can be arranged via our online CONTACT US page or you can email us at email@example.com in one single step.
Returns are subject to approval.
If you do wish to return your order, or just certain items from it, please use Email us. Be sure to to provide the following details:
- Your Web Order Number.
- The full address from where we can collect the goods.
- A contact phone number
On receipt of your e-mail, we will provide you details of the next steps once your refund is approved

What happens if I have received a defective item?
If you're having trouble with your newly purchased skincare/makeup or beauty device or believe it is defective, please call us +971 4 374 6970 or email us email@example.com immediately to report your defective product.
If I am offered a refund, how long will it take till I recieve it?
The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from the reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
Did you pay Cash on delivery? if yes, we will require your bank details in order to make the refund. To provide them, please email us your details at firstname.lastname@example.org . Once we receive this information, we will process the refund. Remember, to always provide accurate information.
